ABOUT US

Gallery Orange

Gallery Orange is the first professionally run gallery exclusively dedicated to the creative requirements primarily of the visual arts, and by association the other forms of art, in Negros.  It is a venue that addresses the needs of the local artist community for constant exposures, dialogues & forums, artists’ talks and most especially for the discipline and credibility facilitated by curated exhibitions.  The gallery speaks the universal language of art and is therefore open to both Filipino and visiting foreign artists.

Gallery Orange is one tangible contribution towards the elevation of art consciousness in the province.  It is a collaborative undertaking between visual artist Charlie Co and businessman-artist Bong Lopue.  It is occupying the second and third floors of Orange Hall with three gallery spaces. Gallery A  is for changing exhibitions on the second floor, while Gallery B & C on the third floor  is for installation, video and other exhibitions. Gallery Orange is located within the new Lopue’s Group of Buildings at Lopue’s Mandalagan Annex, Bacolod City, with gallery hours from Two in the afternoon to Nine in the evening, Mondays to Saturdays.
